Soil Acceptance Procedures

Requirements for Soil Acceptance at OSR:

  1. Completed and signed OSR Non-Hazardous Material Profile and Terms Sheets
  2. Representative laboratory analytical results documenting non-hazardous soil contaminant levels (Analytical requirements vary based on site history, generator knowledge, and regulatory requirements. Call for applicable project-specific requirements.)
  3. Underlying or non-targeted contaminants at levels below applicable VAP commercial/industrial standards
  4. Ohio EPA Incident ID Number if Applicable
  5. All soils delivered to facility under OSR provided, project specific, “Non-Hazardous Waste Manifest”
